If you're kids love pokemon, board games, lorcana or other similar games, they will love Geek Retreat. Though pokemon will have to wait until after because we'll be joined by Standing in the Wings  production company for a drama workshop upstairs. Hosted by Kathryn, who has a wealth of knowledge and a great history of performance and production, she'll be tailoring her workshop to the young ones to give them a little sample of the performing arts with a sprinkling of Shakespeare for good measure

Our daddy day trip this year takes us to Herrings Green. A great local wildlife park, specialising in birds of prey. We'll be met by a Falconer and have the chance to handle some owls. This one is funded by ourselves but we've been given a great discount. This one is really exciting
